Our Story
A Family Legacy Since 1976
Jerome Russo’s Quality Painting & Decorating, Inc. was established in 1976 by Jerome “Jerry” Russo, who set out with a simple conviction: that a beautifully finished home is the product of patience, skill, and genuine care. Together with his wife, Sandra, Jerry built the company from the ground up in West Palm Beach, one meticulous project at a time.
Nearly five decades later, that founding standard still defines everything we do. What began as a small family operation has grown into a team of more than forty craftspeople, estimators, and project leaders, yet we remain family-owned and family-run, with the same insistence on doing the work properly that earned our reputation in the first place.
From private waterfront estates to landmark interiors, we have spent generations refining the finishes that distinguish South Florida’s most discerning homes. Our longevity is its own kind of reference: an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, accreditation dating back to 1977, and decades of relationships with the homeowners, builders, architects, and designers who trust us to protect and elevate their work.
